The Conductivity Cell AC221 is designed for insertion in pipelines, vessels and process sample lines in power plants, ion-exchangers, reverse osmosis and chip cleaning applications. The cells are constructed with stainless steel electrodes and are resistant to polarization, requiring virtually no maintenance. A choice of cable connection methods is available, including a detachable connector that eliminates incorrect connections. Critical temperature measurement is included with a world-beating response of less than 30 seconds, enabling rapid compensation and remote output.

Conductivity Cell TB25 (click here for more info)

The Conductivity Cell TB25 sensors have an integral Tri-Clamp fitting for use in sanitary services. A Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved silicone potting material around the body of the sensor seals the measurement electrode tip. The first style available has an extended face that places the measurement electrodes into the process past the fitting. The extended face style is narrow enough to allow cleaning chemicals or steam to surround the body of the measurement electrodes. This assures crevice free cleaning. The sec-ond style has a Tri-Clamp fitting that is flush with the sensor body.
